Simple version: we collect the information needed to review applications, manage calls, follow up about the camp, run the camp properly, and understand which marketing is working. We will never sell your data.

Who we are

The Boxing Camp is a private boxing camp experience in Bali. If you have questions about this policy or how your data is handled, contact [email protected].

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit through our website, application forms, booking tools, calls, email, and WhatsApp. This can include your name, email address, phone number, location, training background, goals, application answers, booking details, payment status, bank-transfer references, transfer screenshots you send us, and anything else you provide while applying for the camp.

If you start the application but do not complete every step, our application and booking tools may still record contact details, partial form activity, booking activity, UTM parameters, referring pages, device/browser information, anonymous IDs, and similar analytics events.

How we use it

  • To review applications and decide whether the camp is the right fit.
  • To schedule, confirm, and follow up on application calls.
  • To communicate about the camp, payments, logistics, and preparation.
  • To follow up by email or WhatsApp if you start an application but do not finish it, or if you complete the questionnaire but do not book a call.
  • To issue invoices, match bank transfers, confirm deposits, and track balance payments.
  • To operate the website, protect it from abuse, and improve the application flow.
  • To measure advertising, analytics, and campaign performance.
  • To meet legal, accounting, safety, and operational requirements.

Tools and providers

We use trusted service providers to run the website and application process. These may include Cloudflare and Cloudflare Workers for hosting, routing, bot protection, and backend processing; Supabase for lead, application, booking, and event records; iClosed for application forms, booking pages, call reminders, and booking webhooks; SendGrid for application-related emails; Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for analytics; Meta Pixel for advertising attribution; bank/payment providers, document or invoice tools; and email or WhatsApp communication tools.

These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms where relevant. We only share what is needed for the camp, application flow, communications, analytics, advertising, payment, and security.

Application follow-up

When you apply, start an application, or book an application call, you agree that The Boxing Camp team may contact you by email or WhatsApp about your application, call, camp fit, booking next steps, payment/deposit, logistics, and preparation.

We use this follow-up for application and camp-related contact only. We do not treat this as permission to send unrelated marketing spam. If you ask us to stop contacting you about the application, we will respect that unless we need to keep specific records for legal, accounting, safety, or dispute reasons.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies to understand traffic, measure marketing, attribute applications, and improve the website. This may include Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, iClosed tracking, and first-party event tracking through our Cloudflare Worker and Supabase.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking tracking may affect analytics and attribution, but it should not stop you from contacting us directly.

How long we keep data

We keep application, booking, payment, communication, and analytics records for as long as needed to operate the camp, manage follow-up, handle disputes, meet accounting/legal obligations, and improve the business. If you want your data reviewed or deleted, email us and we will respond where legally and practically possible.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. You can also ask us to stop application follow-up by email or WhatsApp. Marketing emails, if used, will have an unsubscribe option where available.

International processing

The camp is based around Bali, and our systems and providers may process information in the UK, US, EU, Indonesia, and other locations. By using the site or applying, you understand your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
